EXISTING BUILDING COMMISSIONING

Many existing buildings have not been commissioned or have control systems sequences that cause poor performance.

Existing building commissioning results in optimized building systems that work efficiently in all modes of operation, reducing energy usage and operating costs. We focus on identifying and implementing low cost / no cost improvements to improve buildings systems performance.

It is beneficial for a building to be recommissioned if significant renovations or additions have been completed, if occupancy has changed, if there has been unjustified increases in energy use, or if problems with the heating, cooling or ventilation systems are occurring.

Inland Technical Services Ltd is now offering a limited number of free existing building commissioning consultations.
